| CATERPILLAR 4e5581 booms, description: the pin holes for the bucket pins have some wear, but the remaining pin holes look good. All of the pin hole boss surfaces are showing a little bit of wear. There is also some wear on the bottom of the boom arms where they contact the ground. No cracks or repairs have been found, but this boom is covered in lime and it will need to be reinspected once it is cleaned off. This boom has blocks welded on the top of each boom arm, where the bucket makes contact with the boom when it is tilted back all of the way. Weight: 18,000 lbs.
